Our morning Taylor Modern classes are for professional dancers wanting to advance their technical and artistic level, based on Paul Taylor’s approach to movement.
Classes are open to ages 18 and older. The Taylor Center for Dance Education offers a limited number of scholarships each year to professional dancers to support their training. See below for more.

Taylor Modern Professional Class
Taught by current members of the Paul Taylor Dance Company and distinguished alumni, our signature modern class has served as the premiere training ground for Taylor dancers for more than 30 years.
Tuesday-Friday from 10:00–11:30 a.m
Classes will be held at:

REGISTRATION OPEN SOON
- Commitment to taking 2 classes a week during the scholarship period above. Taylor Pro-Modern currently runs Tuesday-Thursday from 10:00-11:30 am.
- Commitment to volunteering at select events including but not limited to, Open Houses through out the year and the Lincoln Center Season in November.
