Rental Request Form
Studio Supervisor – $30/hour*
* ALL rentals require Studio Supervisor Coverage billed at $30/hour
The Studio Supervisor is your on-site point of contact and will:
• assist with operating the audio/sound system
• answer questions about the studio and building (restrooms, water fountain, access)
• help with basic setup needs (chairs, tables, etc.)
This ensures everything runs smoothly from start to finish during your time in our space.
Optional additions:
• Technician – $50/hour
• Video Projector – $250/day
• Piano – $100/day
• Tables – $10/each
• Chairs – $2/each
Accepted forms of Payment:
• Check
• ACH Transfer
• Cash
• Credit Card (Processed securely via PayPal invoice; must be requested by renter)
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations for rentals up to 8 hours require a minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel without penalty.
• Rentals of 8 hours or more — including full-day and multi-day bookings — require 7 days notice to cancel without penalty.
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment unless the studio is successfully rebooked.
All individuals or groups renting studio space from the Paul Taylor Dance Foundation (PTDF) must read and sign this Rental Policy prior to booking.
