Move to Lead
The “Move to Lead: Kinesthetic Communication” workshop is a transformative experience designed by the world-renowned Paul Taylor Dance Company to address the challenges of today’s workplace, such as employee disconnection and burnout. This is not a dance class; it is a powerful, on-your-feet workshop grounded in behavioral science and adult learning theory that uses movement to help leaders and teams explore new ways of showing up, communicating, and collaborating. Led by current and former professional dancers, participants are guided through a curriculum that moves from self-awareness to partnership dynamics and finally to group collaboration, mirroring the arc of effective relationship-building within any organization.
The workshop is “Taylor-Made” for each client, tailored to address their specific organizational goals and challenges. Through accessible activities focusing on posture, non-verbal cues, and group synchronization, teams develop greater trust, emotional regulation, and creative confidence. The outcomes are strategic and directly applicable to the corporate world: clearer leadership presence, better team collaboration, and a refreshed capacity to connect with oneself and others.
